The unique Rezidence U Bojovníka project in a popular locality on the border of the Žižkov and Vinohrady districts represents an opportunity for comfortable living with everything that makes the city centre attractive. This beautiful three-storey brick block of flats, built in 1892, is located on Baranova Street by the junction of Sudoměřská and Vinohradská streets. The street bears the name of an anti-fascist crusader (bojovník in Czech) named Kurt Baran, who was tortured to death during the war. The building itself has undergone significant reconstruction, with a complete new floor being added, where spacious duplex flats will be built. We will be adding a new modern elevator and spacious balconies and terraces with beautiful views. Parking will be resolved effectively right in the building using a semi-automatic platform stacking system.
The building is located on the edge of Žižkov and Vinohrady and is situated in a traditional and very popular residential locality. It stands out due to its developed infrastructure, complete civic amenities and also easy transportation to the very centre of Prague. The neighbourhood is renowned for its many restaurants, cafes, shops as well as extensive opportunities for culture and sports.
