Rezidence Palata is the work of leading Czech architect Jan Šesták. It is located on Holečkova Street, in an attractive area that is peaceful and a traditional residential area with well-established shops, services, transport links, and other infrastructure elements. The Anděl shopping and cultural center is within easy reach.
The building will contain only 25 apartments and 6 studio apartments. There will be an area on the plot with a garden and relxation zones accessible to tenants only.
