La Crone is a residential development placed on a hill with a peaceful, old-fashioned atmosphere. Common places are oases filled with greenery and trees. Apartments on the ground floor have their own gardens, and gardening and maintenance services are provided. Garages are located in the basement. Upper floors have spacious terraces.
There is a bus stop on the main street of Tomanova, situated directly in front of the reception area. Buses have only 10-minute intervals on weekedays. Sports and relaxation can be enjoyed at Ladronka or near Strahov, and there is also a smaller playground for leisure activities. Social activities include an adjoining restaurant, museum, and cultural center. Families with children will also find a private kindergarten in the immediate vicinity.
“La Crone” is named after Italian count Filip Ferdinand de la Crone, who purchased the land and vineyards planted by Charles IV in the area. It is said that the local way of pronoucing his name gave the name “Ladronka”.
