Podolské schody – Praha 4 – Podolí.

New three-building residence complex from a renowned architectural studio, near Vysehrad and Vltava embankment in a sought-after area in Prague 4 – Podolí. Architects Irena Šestáková and Jiří Šesták from Atelier Šesták developed the idea built in 2012. Projects A and C are being led by Crestyl Group.

The architecture is trendy and fashionable. Unlike large housing estates, architects decided to design only two houses for the project. One of the houses incldues 7 flats and the other, 13. Layouts start with 1 room plus kitchenette and go to 5 rooms plus kitchenette. Each flat has an original concept and design.

There are 32 parking spots available for residents’ cars. The houses offer a picturesque view over the Vltava River. All apartments are equipped with high standard wooden oak flooring, large-format wooden windows, sliding or non-laminate wooden interior doors, and bathroom furnishings from Laufen, Grohe, and Hüppe.

From the residence there is excellent access to the center city, as well as a kindergarten, swimming pool, tennis courts, rowing club, golf course, cafes, restaurant, and park nearby, adjoining the Vyšehrad gardens.
