The historical center of Prague gets a new magnificent residence in the Neo-Renaissance town house from the late 19th century – on Všehrdova street, just a few minutes from the center. The precision work of the developer and the sensitive restoration helped to once again light the former beauty of this original Malostranský house, which today is the perfect combination of history and modern living. There are excellent layouts, timeless design with preserving original features and sophisticated interiors.
The residence offers 11 exquisite apartments with balconies. The layouts range from 2 + kk
to 5 + kk, on the 7 floors above the ground, and with a 26 + 2m2 mezzanine with a fireplace and a home spa on the top two floors. A new lift was also built, and a library and study room were completely reconstrcuted. Original elements, such as staircases, wall plasters, windows, and pavement tiles, were preserved.
Besides picturesque nooks and small streets full of sights, churches, cafes, restaurants, theaters, and clubs, the Malá Strana offers modern infrastructure. There are both metro and tram stops. Nearby are medical facilities, nursery and elementary schools, a gymnasium, and other professional and art schools. Famous parks are within walking distance.
